Darren Weiler has spent his career helping companies solve packaging, process, production, and automation challenges.
His experience started on the production floor, where he purchased equipment, automated filling operations, set up production scheduling, managed inventory, supported warehouse operations, and helped improve maintenance and production flow.
He then moved into installation and service work, gaining hands-on technical experience with equipment in real operating environments. Over the next several decades, Darren built a career across packaging machinery, liquid filling, process equipment, coding and marking, vendor relationships, sales engineering, regional management, and manufacturer representation.
That mix of experience matters.
